Ronnie Radke, Bound To Murder?

Ronnie Radke, former lead vocalist of Escape The Fate, kicked out, put in jail and replaced by Craig Mabbitt, is now blogging in jail to all the My-Space users out there, and making threats to Maxwell Green and Craig Mabbitt-is he bound to murder with those threats? Or is it just jail?
